Content: Procedures and controls that are recommended to protect dealership from many state and federal rules-includes, but not limited to, Red Flag and Information Safeguarding Programs, Form 8300 compliance and Deal Jacket review.
Audience: Office Manager, Sales and Office Staff
Office Efficiency Review
Duration: One Day, Possible Follow Up
Content: On-site look at the procedures that are in place in the dealership office. Will review the jobs and tasks of each employee and gauge efficiencies. Additional training would be available.
Audience: Office staff including Office Manager
Pay Plan Development and Analysis
Duration: One Day
Content: Review of pay plans and dealership salary, commission and benefits as compared to a composite of like data for similar dealerships. Usually done in conjunction with time card or expense control review.
Audience: Review with Dealership Principal, Sales Manager or General Manager
